Authorities Conducting An Arson Investigation Into Kirkwood Highway Incident

The Delaware State Fire Marshal’s Office is currently investigating an Arson that occurred On Tuesday March 20, 2018 in Wilmington, according to Chief Deputy State Fire Marshal, Robert Fox.

Fox said at approximately 11 pm on Tuesday the Delaware State Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the parking lot of 3600 Kirkwood Highway. Upon arrival Troopers found that two vehicles were damaged by suspects who threw an incendiary device at the vehicles, said Fox.

Deputy Fire Marshal’s responded to the scene to conduct the investigation which is ongoing at this time.
