Wilmington – Police, along with New Castle County Paramedics and Trooper 4 (Delaware State Police Aviation) have responded to 900 block of Vandever Avenue for reports a person shot.
Early reports indicate that the patient has been shot once and is being transported to Wilmington Hospital’s Trauma Center.
Update: Additional reports from the scene indicate that Trooper 4 was canceled and the victim, who was shot in the thigh, was transported by ground ambulance.
Correction: This incident occurred in Wilmington not New Castle.
