New Castle – Firefighters from across New Castle County have responded to the 600 block of Tremont Street for reports of a home on fire.
Upon arrival crews are reporting smoke showing. Police have been requested to the scene due to an unruly resident.
Crews reporting the fire in the kitchen has been knocked down and they are checking for extension into the attic.
Two dogs have been removed from the residence. It’s unclear if the dogs have been injured.
