Seaford – Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a crash involving a pedestrian, according to Public Information Officer, Master Corporal Melissa Jaffe.
Jaffe said the crash occurred at approximately 5:05 p.m., Thursday, April 12, 2018, which has German Road between Old Furnace and Concord Pond Road closed.
Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to seek alternate routes of travel.
