Man Shot In The Foot In Wilmington Listed In Stable Condition

Wilmington – At approximately 8:46 pm, Thursday night, Wilmington Police were dispatched to 24th and Monroe Streets, near the Citgo gas station, with regard to a ‘SHOT SPOTTER’ alert.

Upon arrival, officers located a 26-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to his left foot.

He was treated on scene by New Castle County Paramedics before being transported to the Wilmington Hospital, where he is currently listed in stable condition.
