Two Charged After Seaford Drug Investigation, 247 Bags Of Heroin Seized

Seaford – On Friday, April 27, 2018, The Seaford Police Department Criminal Investigation Department (CID), along with Seaford Police Patrol Division conducted an investigation into the delivery of heroin that would be taking place in the parking lot of Popeyes in Seaford, according to authorities.

Officials said as a result of the investigation, two individuals were taken into custody, 247 bags of heroin, along with 12.8 grams of marijuana and $740.00 in suspected illegal drug proceeds were recovered.

A 23-year-old woman, Patra Daniels, of Seaford, was charged with Possession of Marijuana and released on a criminal summons.

Jaun’ye Paul, 21, of Laurel, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Tier 1 quantity, Subsequent Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was committed to the Department of Corrections in lieu of $11,200.00 secured bail.
