Route 141 at Montchanin Road is closed due to an emergency medical Incident.
An off duty Delaware State Trooper is reporting that they along with passersby are assisting a driver suffering from a medical condition.
Route 141 WB is shut down to allow emergency vehicle to access the scene.
Update: The roadway has been reopened.
