At around 2:50 this morning rescues crews from the Chrisitina Fire Company, along with crews from the Delaware City Fire Company, New Castle County Paramedics and Delaware State Police were dispatched to Route 1 south bound in the area of Sprinfields Drive for reports of a vehicle accident with an ejection.
Upon arrival, crews reported that three patients were injured, one of whom would be a trauma patient.
Route 1 SB was shutdown as crews worked to clear the accident.
