Just after 8:00 this morning, Friday, June 22, 2018, firefighters from Christiana Fire Company responded to the 70 block of Denny Circle, Brookfield Townhouses for reports of a residential structure fire.

Upon arrival, crews reported smoke showing from the front of the structure. As they entered the home they reported heavy fire in the attic and began their attack.

Simultaneously, crews began a search of all levels of the structure and found no one inside.

Firefighters from the Cranston Heights Fire Company and Aetna Hose, Hook, and Ladder responded to assist.

It’s unclear how much damage the home and the adjoining homes sustained during the fire. We will update this story as more information becomes available.
