Happening Now: Crews Responding To House Fire In Newark

Newark – Firefighters from Aetna, Hose, Hook, and Ladder, along with crews from the Christiana Fire Company have responded to the 100 block of Elliot Street for reports of a house fire.

Upon arrival, crews are reporting that smoke is showing from a middle of the row townhouse.

Aetna Chief Andrew Bowerson has command.

Update: Early reports indicate that firefighters have brought the fire under control. Fire Marshals are responding to the scene.
