New Castle – Rescue crews are responding to Route 13 NB near Tybouts Corner for reports that of a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
Early reports indicated that a vehicle had crossed over into oncoming traffic and struck another vehicle. Those reports appear to be incorrect.
Crews are now reporting that a vehicle has slammed into the back of another vehicle and injured at least one person.
