Video – Firefighters From Across County Respond To Massive Fire In New Castle

New Castle – Just after 8:15 this morning firefighters from across New Castle County responded to 475 Old Airport Road for reports that a large structure was on fire.

Arriving crews reported that the building was on fire and began their attack on the fire.

Update: At 9:47 Command has ordered that all water lines be shut down. Crews remain on scene.

Today’s fire on Old Airport Road is the second fire in less than two months. In July fire destroyed hundreds of cars at a nearby salvage yard.
