Bear – At around 6:30 this morning rescue crews responded to Route 1 NB south at Wrangle Hill Road for a vehicle accident with multiple patients.
The accident shut down Route 1 NB for just under an hour while crews worked to treat the patients and clear the scene.
Trooper 4 was alerted and is believed to have transported one patient after landing on the highway.
