The New Castle County Division of Police is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a subject wanted in connection with a Felony Theft, according to authorities.
Officials said the subject in the photograph is suspected to be responsible for Felony Theft from the unit block of Ryan Ave, last Saturday (November 10th). The victim met this suspect to negotiate a sale of dirt bike through a social media app. During the meeting the suspect assaulted the victim and took the dirtbike, according to police.
