Newark – Earlier this year a car veered off Capitol Trail and slammed into the iconic landmark Tribal fence of American Art Tattoo.
The accident spurred David Scott, the owner of the Tattoo shop, to update the fence with a more modern and better replacement.
Scott hired local mural artist Derrick Noel, who he said has done numerous works in the region and was perfect for the job.
The new mural now stands as a new landmark on Capitol Trail with its iconic Tattoo theme, said Scott.
