Party Bros Welcome Delaware Into The Nation, Ask Newark City Council To Lift Party Rule

Two guys from southern California spoke at Monday’s (Tuesday around 1:00 am) Newark City Council meeting to encourage the council to lift the unruly gather ordinance put in place a few weeks ago.
