Newark – A Newark Police officer is reporting an injury crash at Otts Chaple Road and Welsh Tract Road just outside Newark city limits.
Delaware State Police and rescue crews from Aetna Hose, Hook and Ladder have been dispatched to the scene.
The Newark officer is reporting heavy traffic in the area.
Aetna’s Deputy Chief A.J. Schall is reporting that one ambulance will be sufficient for the crash. All other responding crews have been recalled.
