New Castle – Last night we began receiving multiple reports that Federal Agents, County, and State Police were on Meadow Road in New Castle.
Local residents in the neighborhood tell us that officials in a backyard of a home with shovels and yellow tape is surrounding the scene.
One resident said, “The officer here told me to not use my backyard until they remove all the tape which might not be until Saturday.”
Residents are being told that police are investigating a missing person.
One resident sent a photo that shows an officer searching behind a fence that is cordoned off with yellow tape,
Police are interviewing residents in the neighborhood. Currently, there are nine police vehicles on scene and several detectives gathering evidence.
