Elkton, Md, Cecil County rescue crews have responded to the 600 block of Warburton Road for an accident involving a lawnmower.
Reports from the scene indicate that a small child has been injured at the location.
Trooper 1 from the Maryland State Police Aviation Unit is en route to the scene and will land in the parking lot of the Endeavor Church at Blue Ball Road and Hill Top.
The patient will likely be transported to the trauma center.
