Townsend – Rescue crews from the Townsend Fire Company along with New Castle County Medias and Trooper 4 are responding to Vandyke Greenspring Road and Ebenezer Church Road south of Townsend.
Caller reporting an overturned dump truck at that location.
Update:
Command is reporting that a fully loaded concrete truck is on its side.
The driver is out of the truck and talking to a State Trooper.
Trooper 4 and Medics have been recalled.
The roadway will be closed.
