Elkton, Md. – Just after 9:15 this morning rescue crews from the Singerly Fire Company, Cecil County Medics, and Maryland State Police Aviation responded to Training Center Road in Fair Hill for reports a fall from a horse.

The patient was reportedly injured very seriously injured. He was transported by air to the University of Maryland’s Shock Trauma Medical Center.

Shortly after that accident, Harford County, Maryland recuse crews, along with Delaware State Police Aviation Trooper 4 responded to the 2100 block of Glen Cove Road for reports that a man had been run over by a truck.

While en route crews learned that the man was underneath a vehicle working on it when it rolled on top of him. The man was not trapped but was seriously injured.
