(Wilmington, DE 19803) On June 4th, 2019 Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the unit block of Rockland Drive in the community of Alapocas in reference to a theft from a motor vehicle. When the officers arrived, they were able to obtain surveillance footage from around the neighborhood.
