Breaking: Vehicle Has Crashed Into A Newport Pizza Shop, Injuries Reported

Newport – At 8:06 this morning, rescue crews from the Minquas Fire Company along with Delaware State Police and Newport Police responded to  Dom’s Pizzas located 218 W Market Street for reports of a vehicle into the building.

Early reports indicate that one person was injured in the crash. The driver of the vehicle was transported via ambulance to Christiana Hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.

At around 8:45 crews turned the scene over to the restaurant’s management.
