Boyds Corner – Rescue crews from the Odessa, Townsend and Port Penn Fire Companies, along with Trooper 4, New Castle County Paramedic and Police have responded to Pole Bridge Route at Route 13 for a motor vehicle crash with entrapment.
Upon arrival, crews have confirmed that one patient is trapped.
Command has requested a total of 4 ambulances.
Update: The trapped patient suffered only minor injuries and was transported to the hospital.
It’s believed that a total of 4 patients are en route to CER (Christiana Emergency Room).
Fire Police have been requested to assist with traffic control.
