Happening Now: Four Injured In Double Motorcycle Accident, Three Helos Inbound

Conowingo Maryland – Rescue crews from Maryland along With Delaware State Police Aviation’s Trooper 4 and Maryland State Police Aviation Trooper 1 and 6 are responding to the 600 block of Route 1 (Conowingo Road) for a double motorcycle crash.

Initial reports from the scene indicate that at least two patients are very seriously injured.

Arriving crews are telling the helo pilots that they will be utilized.

One patient has been transported to Shock Trauma in Baltimore via MSP – Trooper 1.

A second patient was flown to the Trauma Center at Christiana Hospital in Delaware.

A third patient is en route to the Trauma Center at Christiana Hospital in Delaware via ground ambulance. This patient could not wait for the fourth helo and had to be rushed by ground.

A fourth patient is being readied for the flight to Shock Trauma via MSP – Trooper 6.

Update: All four patients are seriously injured.
