Wilmington – Delaware State Police along with rescue crews from across northern New Castle County have responded to 700 Foulk Road for reports of a shooting.
Initial reports from the scene indicate that two people have been shot and that the shooter has not been secured.
Police are currently clearing the building.
There are no details available regarding the victims at this time.
