Just In: Rollover Crash In Middletown Sends One To Hospital By Air

Just before 6:40 this evening rescue crews from the Volunteer Hose Company of Middletown with the assistance of crews from the Odessa Fire Company, New Castle County Paramedics and Trooper 4 responded to 466 Boyds Corner Road for reports of a rollover crash with injuries.

Upon their arrival, crews reported that the vehicle was possibly on fire but quickly ruled that out.

Command then alerted  Trooper 4 that they would be utilized for transport.

One patient was transported to Christiana Hospital via the helicopter. A second patient was evaluated, however, it is unclear if they were transported.
