Police Identify Shooting Victim As New Castle Teen

Wilmington Police have identified the victim in today’s shooting as 19-year-old Naithan Grzybowski of New Castle.

Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred at approximately 12:03 p.m. in the 400 Block of East 35th Street.

Police located a 19-year-old male gunshot victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said Tuesday.

Initial reports from the scene indicate that one patient was found fatally shot in a vehicle at the location.

Wilmington – Just after 12:00 this afternoon, rescue crews with the Wilmington Fire Company, along with new Castle County Paramedics, trooper 4 (Delaware State Police Aviation) and Wilmington Police responded to reports of a shooting at 35th and Church Streets.

Initial reports from the scene indicate that one patient has been injured by gunfire.
