Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred on Monday afternoon at approximately 12:30 p.m. in the 700 block of North Monroe Street.
Police officers located a 35-year-old female victim who arrived at the hospital and is listed in stable condition.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
