Happening Now: Vehicle Slams Into Motorcycle In Dover, Rider Injured

Dover – Just before 4:00 this afternoon rescue crews along with Delaware State Police responded the 200 block of Sorghum Hill Road for reports of a crash involving a motorcycle.

Upon their arrival, crews found the rider in a ditch next to his motorcycle.

Early reports indicate that as the motorcycle slowed to stop or make a turn the vehicle directly behind impacted the motorcycle.

The rider is currently en route to an area hospital. Trooper 4, originally dispatched to the scene, was recalled by ground medics.
