The Harrington Police Department with the assistance of the Delaware State Police and other agencies is currently searching the area near the State Fairgrounds for this missing person, Donna Miller, who was last seen earlier this morning.
Trooper 2 is circling overhead searching the wooded areas using their Forward-Looking Infrared (FLIR) camera.
Officials said Donna Miller suffers from Dementia.
