New Castle – The Delaware State Police are on scene of a serious motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian that occurred at approximately 6:44 a.m., Tuesday, October 29, 2019 on New Castle Ave. (Rt. 9) at Ryan Ave., New Castle.
As a result of the crash all lanes of southbound New Castle Ave. are closed. Motorists will experience significant delays in the area and are advised to seek alternate routes of travel.
The investigation is in the early stages with further details being released as they become available.
