Train Car Tips Over In Elsmere Monday Morning

At around 9:30 this morning one of our readers sent in this photo of a train that tipped over along B and O Lane in Elsmere.

It was not immediately clear when the incident occurred or if the track has been reopened.

We are awaiting a statement from the railroad regarding the incident.
