Wilmington – Firefighters from across New Castle County and Delaware County, PA. are responding to the 2700 block of Chinchilla Drive for a residential structure fire.

While en route crews are being told that a detached garage with two vehicles is on fire.  A second caller reporting the house is on fire as well.

First arriving crews reporting extension to the home.

Update: Crews are reporting that the primary and secondary searches for occupants were negative. No one inside the home.

Update: Two vehicles destroyed along with a detached garage. The house is heavily damaged as well. All visible fire has been knocked down.

Update: The Red Cross has been contacted to assist three adults displaced by the fire.
