Officers with the New Castle County Police are investigating a Friday morning crash that sheared off a utility pole along Milltown Road.
Neighbors said a teen was behind the wheel of his grandmother’s Land Rover when it struck the pole.
The accident left several homes in the area without power. Crews worked for more than ten hours to clear the accident and repair the pole.
No injuries were reported.
