Wilmington – Just before 10:00 Thursday evening, December 12, 2019, rescue from the Elsmere Fire Company, crews along with New Castle County Police and Paramedics responded to the 100 block of Simca Lane for reports of a shooting.
While en route crews learned that the shooter was possibly still at the scene and that the patient was gravely injured.
Indications were that detectives were en route to the scene as of Thurdsay night.
