At around 10:00 this evening, Monday, December 23, 2019, New Castle County Police responded to Shawn Lane in Brennan Estates.
Residents reported hearing four to five gunshots shortly before officers arrived in the neighborhood.
Police officers along with K-9 units are currently on scene. Yellow police tape is stretched across the road blocking access to the scene.
