Wilmington – Wilmington Firefighters and Police along with rescue crews from St Francis and New Castle County Paramedics are responding to the 800 block of Spruce Steet for reports of a shooting.
Initial reports from the scene indicate that one patient is being transported to an area hospital trauma center.
