The Delaware State Police are activating an AMBER ALERT at the request of the New Jersey State Police and the Franklin Township Police Department

Delaware – On Sunday, March 15, 2020, the Franklin Township Police Department 1 (856)-694-1414 contacted the New Jersey State Police 1 (609) 963-6951 for an AMBER ALERT activation for three missing children taken by suspect Travis Russell, 36 of Williamstown, New Jersey, driving a 2017 silver Nissan Altima New Jersey registration H53MCS. He is described as approximately 6’02”, 220 lbs black male.

The last known location was Newark, Delaware on 896 northbound near the Red Roof Inn heading toward Maryland Sunday afternoon.

Detectives believe the children may be in imminent danger.
