Bear – New Castle County Police have responded to the unit clock of Blackbird Road for a reported shots fired incident.
It doesn’t look like that any medical crews responded to the scene. The neighborhood is cordoned off with yellow police take as officers investigate.
A reader that lives in the area reports that they heard around fifteen shots before police arrived in the area.
