Know This Guy In His Very Distinctive Shirt?

Last Thursday (Mar 12), patrol officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the community of Springfields for multiple reports of theft from motor vehicles.

When the officers arrived, they learned that numerous cars were entered during the overnight hours (9:30 p.m. and 8:15 a.m.). The cars were ransacked, and miscellaneous items were removed.

Video surveillance was located and the following two still photos are screenshots of the suspect responsible for the thefts, according to police.
