New Castle – Firefighters are responding to Route 13 at Red Lion Road for motor vehicle accident involving a tractor-trailer.
Troopers arriving on scene are reporting that the right lane of Route 13 is shutdown. Troopers also reporting that fuel is leaking into the retention pond.
DNREC and Belvader Fire Company’s HAZMAT 30 en route as well.
Expect delays in the area from some time.
