Four Found Shot In Wilmington Overnight, Investigations Underway

Wilmington Police are investigating two separate shooting incidents that left four hospitalized.

The first incident occurred at approximately 11:48 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of East 24th Street.

Police said they located a 36-year-old male gunshot victim, who was later transported to the hospital in critical condition.

Just hours later, at approximately 3:50 a.m. officers were called to the 900 block of Vandever Avenue for a triple shooting.

Police said they located a 27-year-old female gunshot victim, a 42-year-old male gunshot victim, and a 19-year-old male gunshot victim. The three victims were all transported to the hospital for treatment. The female victim was listed in critical condition and the male victims were both listed in stable condition.
