Man Injured In Sunday Evening Motorcycle Crash

At approximately 7:00 on Sunday evening, New Castle County Paramedics and surrounding fire companies were dispatched to the area of Old Hamburg Road and Railroad Avenue in Bear Landing, according to Paramedic Corporal Yvonne Russell.

Russell said upon arrival, New Castle County Paramedics found one patient who was removed from his motorcycle. The patient, a 36-year-old man, was in the care of emergency medical technicians.

The man had suffered injuries to his back, arms, and legs, according to Russell. He was treated on scene and transported to Christiana Hospital via Christiana Fire Company ambulance accompanied by New Castle County Paramedics. He was in stable condition at the time of transport.

Delaware State Police is investigating the crash.
