The Delaware State Police are currently at the scene of an aircraft crash in the area of Graves Farm Road and Broadkill Road in Milton.
Officials said the preliminary investigation has determined that the incident occurred at approximately 4:12 p.m. this afternoon, Thursday, August 27, 2020, when an RV-6A single-engine plane carrying two subjects crashed. Both occupants of the plane sustained minor injuries and refused medical treatment.
The investigation is in its early stages and more information will be released when it becomes available, State Police said Thursday..
The investigation into this incident will be turned over to the Federal Aviation Administration.
