Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 9:07 p.m. Tuesday in the 2300 block of Carter Street.
Police located a 24-year-old male gunshot victim, who arrived at the hospital in stable condition.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
