Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal stabbing incident that occurred at approximately 11:59 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of West 4th Street.
Police located a 25-year-old female stabbing victim, who was transported to the hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
