Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 8:04 p.m. in the 100 block of West 23rd Street.
Police located a 26-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital and is listed in stable condition.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
