On Monday, November 12, 2012, eight years ago today, at approximately 9:20 p.m., officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to a shooting in the area of 211 Thorn Lane, Studio Green Apartments in Newark Delaware.
When the officers arrived, they found 20-year-old Peter DiSabatino lying on the sidewalk suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital, where he died shortly after arrival.

The suspects are described as two black males, one of which is wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and the other a black hooded sweatshirt.
