The Middletown Police Department has identified the victim in the fatal shooting that occurred on Saturday, November 21, 2020.
At approximately 11:44 PM, the Middletown Police Department responded to the Lone Manor Townhouses at Cole Blvd. and New Street in reference to a shooting.
Rescue crews from the Volunteer Hose Company of Middletown were dispatched to the scene, however, officials said Hakeem Evans, 32, of Middletown was later pronounced deceased.
